Welcome to Vyliox. By accessing or using our website, dashboard, or autonomous API pipelines (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of Service

Vyliox operates a proprietary, multi-agent AI framework ("OS") that designs, builds, and deploys web projects, branding assets, and marketing materials. These deliverables are generated using autonomous workflows that interact with third-party LLMs and image generation models.

2. API Credentials & Account Responsibility

To use our unified AI Provider Profiles, you may supply your own API keys. You agree that:

You are solely responsible for all usage charges, rate limits, and compliance terms associated with your third-party keys.
You will maintain the security of your Vyliox account credentials and immediately notify us of any security breach.
We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party model failures, model deprecation, or rate limiting.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for your project, all right, title, and interest in and to the custom-generated source code, design layout assets, and branding materials generated by the Vyliox pipeline for your specific project will transfer to you.

Vyliox retains all ownership, copyright, and patent rights in the underlying OS, agent DNA configurations, orchestration code, and shared packages.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Vyliox to generate content or applications that violate any local, state, or international laws, or that promote hate speech, illegal activities, or copyright infringement.
